Day 1: Arrival in Cappadocia
Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia. For guests arriving in Kayseri by other means, we offer an alternative meeting point in the city center.
Transfer: Kayseri to Cappadocia (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes, 75 km).

Day 2: Meskendir Valley, Red & Rose Valley, Çavuşin, and Paşabağları
We Begin our day with a walk through the Meskendir Valley, known for its ancient cave houses and complexes from early Christian history. From Meskendir Valley, we cross over to the Red Valley, renowned for its stunning formations and vibrant colors. Throughout the walk, we will visit rock-carved churches and enjoy refreshments at local tea gardens. Then we continue to Cavusin, one of the earliest Christian villages in Cappadocia, where we will have lunch. Afterward, we explore the remarkable Pasabaglari area.

Day 3: Akvadi (White Valley), Uçhisar, and Pigeon Valley
After breakfast, we will embark on a scenic hike through Akvadi (White Valley), a picturesque trail with remnants of old riverbeds and vineyards. Upon reaching Uçhisar, you will have the opportunity to visit the iconic Uçhisar Fortress, offering panoramic views of the region. Following lunch, we continue to the stunning Pigeon Valley, concluding our walk in Göreme.
After breakfast, a morning drive will take us to the start of the Akvadi (White Valley) trail. We walk along this picturesque valley, which follows an old riverbed now used for vineyards. The beginning section of the valley is particularly noteworthy. Around noon, we arrive in Uchisar village to visit the Uchisar Fortress, offering panoramic views of the region. Following lunch, we continue through the Pigeon Valley, ending the walk directly in Goreme. We will then drive back to the hotel.

Day 4: Hot Air Balloon Ride, Göreme Open-Air Museum, Horse Riding, and Avanos
We start our day early with a hot air balloon tour, providing the best opportunity to marvel at Cappadocia's spectacular landscape at sunrise. After the balloon tour, we visit the Göreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing Christian sanctuaries and Byzantine art. Following the museum visit, we enjoy horse riding through Cappadocia's beautiful valleys, taking in the unique fairy chimneys and landscapes. The ride lasts about 1-1.5 hours. In the afternoon we visit Avanos, a town famous for its pottery since Roman times.

Horse Riding: 1-1.5 hours.

Day 5: Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley, and Selime Monastery
We drive to Ihlara Valley, stopping en route to visit the incredible Derinkuyu Underground City, which extends 64 meters underground (8 floors) and served as a refuge during times of siege. We continue to Ihlara Valley, a 14 km long canyon with a river and rock walls reaching 100-150 meters in height. After a riverside lunch in the valley, we proceed to the Selime Monastery, an impressive complex of buildings on a steep mountain slope.
Walking Time: 3 hours, 8 km.
Transfer Time: 2 hours, 80 km.

Day 6: Zelve Valley and Biking to Sinasos and Ayvalık
In the morning we visit the Zelve Valley, which will surprise us with its old cave settlements, churches, mills, and mosque. After exploring Zelve, we embark on a biking adventure to Sinasos and Ayvalık villages, with lunch in Mustafapaşa village.
Walking Time: 1-2 hours, 4-5 km.
Biking: 3-4 hours, 10-12 km.

Day 7: Departure
You will be transferred to Kayseri Airport based on your flight schedule for your departure.
Meals: Breakfast included.
